Absoluto Learning and Development is a UK-registered educational consultancy working with international families across the UK, Europe, and Central Asia. We support families in making informed, strategic decisions around school placements, summer programmes, and long-term academic planning.

Leadership & Direction

The consultancy is founded and led by Hurshida Hamdamova-Saleh, Educational Director and CEO. With over 15 years of experience across educational settings, family-based intervention, and international education systems, her work focuses on realistic academic pathways, neuro-inclusive planning, and long-term outcomes for children and young people.
